👉 Snapdeal could soon open offline stores. The company is coming up with an IPO and it needs a solid plan to not be overshadowed by the likes of Amazon and Flipkart. So in a bid to solidify its business, it plans to open offline stores.
👉 Zee and Sony are going to merge. Zee’s founder, Subhash Chandra and its shareholders have been fighting since the past few months. In an attempt to retain the power of the company, Chandra has pulled a new trick out of his hat: the merger of Zee and Sony. Will Zee’s biggest shareholder, Invesco approve this deal?
